There really wasn't much to say about the half century ride this week. I didn't have the energy of the previous week because I didn't eat as well for the 48 hours before the ride. Not a bad ride, but not a great one.
It was a little shorter than normal, only about 44 miles, because a thunder storm was blowing in. I didn't feel like riding in heavy rain, and the wind was brutal.
Stats: 43.85 miles (70.59 km) in 144' 31" for an average speed of 18.20 mph (29.31 kph).
There are no trackbacks.
