I see that as I was writing my voluminous bit on KM, Duncan was, too.

Duncan's approach was entirely educational, which is understandable. I'm going to stick to "Knowledge Management for the organization", where the organization is any group of at least one person that must turn information into associative knowledge and share that knowledge throughout the group.
