I've only had one brief problems with ORBS, but the entire concept is
idiotic. It reminds me of the upcoming Spielberg movie (based on a Philip
K. Dick story), "Minority Report," where police of the future arrest
suspects for crimes that the state predicts they will committ.

It's just silly to blacklist a network simply because it *might* be used by
spammers in the future.

Frankly, I also do not understand the obssession with spam. Most days I
receive 200-300 messages, and I'd guess anywhere from 15 to 20 percent of
it is spam. Annoying, yes, but hardly warranting making entire parts of the
Internet go black over.
