It's not that all UserLand employees are bastards; just one.

Experienced folks will tell you one thing. Wait. You will, sooner or later, start to ask challenging questions. You will be completely abused for doing so. You'll get insulted, demeaned, have your motivations questioned, censored, banned, etc.

It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

Is this why, after more than a decade, UserLand is still less than 10 employees with pitifully small unit sales?

Ask yourselves seriously, does *any* other vendor operate in this fashion?
