Enclosures: None.

Today Macrobyte released a small tool called Formz. It's a set of scripts for managing html forms. Greg Pierce wrote it a couple of years ago for the forms in Conversant's administrative interface, and we've been using it ever since. It's a nice little tool.

This is a big deal, because it's the first step on the road to Conversant being released to the developer community.

None of us really expect Formz to cause much excitement among developers. Most don't actually have to generate as many forms automatically as we do. The real point of this post is how excited I am that the process has finally started!

Something about Greg, briefly: when he writes something that works, he's able to put it down and move on to the next task. That's a very useful "feature" on a development team.
