UserLand released Froniter 8.0.5 tonight. Perhpas the most important change, to me, is string.multipleReplaceAll(). It's incremental, but we'll be able to use it for some performance enhancements in Macrobyte's software.
No, there was no version 8. Or 8.0.1 through 8.0.4. They're trying to keep in step with Radio, so they just skipped them. (It's not the first time.)
Dave Winer needs a vacation as badly as I do. I hope he takes this opportunity to take a holiday. That's not a "groupie comment," that's a comment from someone who's developed a decent working relationship with him. It's from someone who can see when a guy needs to take a little break.
