Xionda had three kittens on Monday, and they're doing great. We hand-fed them for the first eighteen hours, but they've been "at the milk bar" almost non-stop ever since then.
Xodus had three kittens this afternoon. The last one was a little bit scary... when she was expelling the placenta, she prolapsed her uterus.
That's the second time this has happened to us. The first time we didn't know what to do and the cat ended up being spayed. This time, we (Corinne) just, uh... shoved it back in. She called the vet, who said that was the right thing to do. (They told us that last time, too, but she needed the reassurance.)
Everybody's doing fine now, thank-you-very-much.
