Someone just said, on one of the Frontier-related mailing lists, that he has 25,000 static sites that he'd like to import into "Frontier/Manila," and asked about the "easiest way" to do this.
Um... yeah. Sure.
Honestly, that had me laughing out loud. Not in a sarcastic or mean-spirited way, either... the whole thing is just too funny! I assume that he's going to run these sites on the Japanese Earth Simulator or some equivalent machine. And that's just the beginning! Who the heck has 25,000 web sites anyway (besides the big hosting services)?
What a funny question. :-)
