Months ago, when I first started using Mozilla regularly (er, I guess that was about a year ago) there was a Mozilla theme called SkyPilot. I want it back!
All of the themes (skins) developers were incredibly annoyed with the XUL developers at Mozilla because with every subsequent release they would break backwards compatibility, so the themes needed constant updating. Many of the them simply gave up: SkyPilot hasn't been updated since Mozilla 0.9.4 was released in October, 2001.
Now that the XUL format has locked down for Mozilla 1.0, I'm hoping that all of the themes developers -- including the guy that created SkyPilot -- will forgive them and start making themes again.
There are no trackbacks.
