“Amanda Schlageter”

My cousin Amanda Schlageter, daughter of Ellyn and Gary Schlageter, was baptized this morning. What a day! Our little ecclesia's hall was stuffed with visitors from all over New England (and Florida). I think it's safe to say that we've never had this many people in the building at one time.

(In fact, we're all very glad that this is probably the last time we'll be this cramped. We now have all the permits, and very soon we're going to break ground on an expansion to the building which will almost double it's size.)

After the baptism, and Memorial Service, and Sunday School, there was a picnic at Ellyn and Gary's. It was very relaxing, and a nice way to celebrate the event... but man oh man was it windy!!
