Here's a transcript of a speech by Senator Zell Miller, D-GA, about why he thinks the U.S. should take out Saddam Hussein by wacking him on the head with a garden hoe.
Seriously. Or something like that.
Also, I think he volunteered to identify Hussein's sex.
That speech really made me laugh, but it really is a speech given by an actual senator on October 3.
I had no idea the issue of attacking a foreign nation was that simple. If this had been explained to me weeks ago, Don Larson never would have been forced to mock me so vehemently on Jim Roepcke's site. I get it now! "Snakes and hoes!" See? I get it!
