What I thought was a small hole in the tire had turned into a rip of about a half inch. With the tire fully inflated, the tube was actually visible through the hole... there wasn't much of anything I could do about it.

Heh. I haven't ridden in a week, but I'm going out today for 30 (at least), and I'm hoping to ride T, W, and Th also.

Yeah, we'll be up Friday night for the classes on Saturday morning, and are staying straight through Sunday afternoon.
I'm bringing the bike, too, so I can try to ride after the classes on Saturday. Will you be there? Perhaps some of the other guys will be there, and we could all ride together?
