> Thanksgiving Dinner is at Mom and Dad's place tomorrow, but Mom won't be
serving the meal this year. She calls this the "Thanksgiving Curse," because
she's injured herself just before the holiday more than once.
Just for the record......I did walk out to the mailbox and got the paper
this morning. The driveway wasn't too slippery so figured I wouldn't be
damaging myself more. Caught a few snowflakes on my tongue in the process.
:) It is absolutely glorious out there! Even Jed called me this morning to
see if I was happy dancing!
I was really hoping last night that all of this was just major muscle
soreness. But that has abated a little today and there is a definite 'hot'
spot on the affected rib that screams at me if I deep breathe or cough. So
I'm being good and pacing myself. Dad is helping out a bunch. At least
this year, I won't have to have my foot elevated. Sigh.
