“Business Sponsors for the PMC”

A client has informed me that his company may sponsor my ride in the PMC based on a percentage (2% - 5%) of the work I do for them between now and the PMC. This would not come out of my invoice, of course (which would be me sponsoring myself), but be in addition to it.

So, if I invoice this client $10,000 in the next six months, they'll donate between $200 (2%) and $500 (5%) for the ride. (The actual percentage will be decided sometime this month.)

I'm going to talk to other clients in hopes that they'll agree to something similar.

(Still waiting to hear back from another donor about fund-matching by her employer.)
