For comparison, I wear a size 14 Adidas sneaker and wear a Sidi size 50. If I recall correctly, you tried my pair on and couldn't even get your heal down. You might want to try the 52. Great news too. Size 52 are on clearance at coloradocyclist for just $50!!! Check it out here.

Colorado cyclist has a good return policy too so if they don't fit, you can probably return them with no trouble.

Also, I have a pair of Campagnolo Pro-Fit pedals you can have. You'll need to get a Look/Campy adapter plate with the shoes along with some Campy cleats. If your bike shop doesn't carry them, you can order them online at www.branfordbike.com
