I believe it's only for Java so far...plugins will have to be updated
to support it in other languages.

But, with the outline views and code folding eclipse is pretty good. I
edit XML and Python in Eclipse now, but still try to rearrange code in
the outline view and am disappointed when it doesn't work. :-(
