“Message from a PMC Mechanic”

Last week, one of the mechanics/medics from the PMC posted a message about my choice of wheels for my new bike. (Though I have no good excuse, it took me a week to write back to him.)

His message is worth reading (if you're a cyclist), if only because: (a) it's cool that he found the site in the first place and (b) he does an excellent job of explaining wheel deformation and spoke tension.

This all reminds me... there are just over two months to the ride, and I still haven't put much effort into my fundraising...
