“Ride #23: In Brief”

Quick note about today's ride. Nothing spectacular... second longest so far this season, second highest average speed. That's pretty good, though.

I'm quite comfortable with these 40+ mile training rides. In spite of my late start this year, I'm really trying to ready myself for the PMC (just 2 months away). I don't want to suffer the second day like I did last year.

Stats: 40.53 miles (65.25 km) in 2h 13' 23" for an average speed of 18.23 mph (29.35 kph).
