We bought some exercise equipment a year ago, and it came with a free 2
hour session with a personal trainer. She told us that we should
stretch after we exercise, not before.

She explained it to me, and it almost made sense, but not really. I
think she said stetching cold muscles causes problems with the
soft-tissue or something, maybe causes small tears, can't remember

played tennis without stretching first I would usually feel it in my
legs pretty quickly, but I'd be find if I stretched first.

I wish I understood this stretching thing.
