"Real" cyclists claim that they do 200 miles every week of "the season." I guess I'm still not a real cyclist, because I only manage 200 miles once or twice per month.
In fact I wasn't sure if i wanted to ride at all today or not, but when I checked my mileage for the week I saw that I was only lacking thirty miles. That was easily fixed. ;-)
This was a pretty fast ride, too. Nowhere near my record for the year of 20.6 mph over 60 miles, but it was safely over 20 so I'm happy with it.
I seem to be stuck at 258 pounds. That's the other reason I went out again today: I figured it couldn't hurt to keep the metabolism revved up a little more.
Stats: 32.07 miles (51.63 km) in 1h 35' 15" for an average speed of 20.20 mph (32.52 kph).
There are no trackbacks.
