I'm starting to get used to riding in the cooler weather, and now I don't think it's so bad. Certainly wouldn't be fair to say it's slowing me down any, not even with the extra layers I have to wear.
That will surely change when it really does turn very cold, but for now it's just given me something else to talk about.
This ride would have been longer, but for a road in Ledyard that was closed to "thru-traffic." The detour made it almost impossible to return to my regular route, so I had to leave out about nine miles.
Stats: 40.03 miles (64.44 km) in 1h 57' 58" for an average speed of 20.35 mph (32.77 kph).
There are no trackbacks.
