Giles Turnbull mentioned Conversant ever-so-briefly in a recent post on his O'Reilly weblog. He's right, MarsEdit does work quite well with Conversant's weblogs, but is best with the Weblog II system. Greg writes a lot of his entries in MarsEdit (for example).
(Oh, somebody stop me... too late, I'm going to say it.) "Weblog II will be released for public consumption real soon now!"
Really. Honest. May lightning strike, etc., etc.
If you're reading this and Weblog II hasn't been released yet for all Conversant users, feel free to say something about it on the support site. I'll set you up with access to the beta.
(This is the same Giles Turnbull that talked about Conversant as one of the "easy web publishing platforms" in an article on the BBC. That articie is gone, though Giles's own site still points at it (search for "Conversant").
(Thanks for the link, Flip.)
