Wish I'd had a chance to meet you, but the Family Finish was a mad house ("in a good way") this year. Plus, my wife was hot and had accidentally parked the truck in a bad spot), so we had to leave almost as soon as I got there.

It's really not about being cute, though, is it? It's about surviving, and motivating others to do the same. Sounds like you're doing your part! Jack just happened to find his niche in a very public place, that's the only difference.

It's great to hear from someone who has benefitted from the money we raise.
Some people have expressed doubts about the money raised by any one person actually "making a difference." Would you be as healthy as you are today if you'd received $6,000 less treatment than you did?
