Nah, I haven't been riding 5000 miles each year. I used to, but for the
last several years I've done in the neighborhood of 4500+ or -. This was a
good year though, and I should hit 5,000 miles soon (less than 100 to go).
I sure wish I road a few more times in September so that I would have hit my
goal sooner because the riding now is pretty tough (I fell on Saturday after
my front wheel washed out on some ice). Nothing serious, except for a
bruised ego as it happened right in front of some of the neighborhood kids
who previously thought I was pretty cool...

I kept waiting for you to post a ride report, or at least the photos I sent
you. You always capture your rides so well in your write-ups so I was
disappointed when it never materialized... Maybe some snowy winter day
you'll surprise me?
