To everybody else: Joe and I have one thing in common: a phone number! Years ago, when he was looking for bookings (places to play and make some cash), he handed out tons of business cards with his number: 860-572-0244.

Then he went and got famous.

Now everybody goes looking for him, any way they can. Lots of those old business cards are still floating around out there, ten years later. But now when they call, they get me, at Macrobyte, instead of Joe. (I have Joe's number, he doesn't live far from here, so I really have passed potential bookings along to him!)

At one point I thought that I should handle his bookings.)

I've been joking about this for EXACTLY five years (minus one day). Very cool that Joe finally spoke up.

Maybe I can talk him into sending me an autographed CD. :-)
