“New API Docs for Custom JavaScript Events”

With some major new interest (more about that later) in the Custom JavaScript Events stuff I wrote a couple months ago, I've been prompted to write some simple API docs for my Custom Events code (which is an addition to Prototype.js). (What, you don't have time to read 3500 words on why you should be using custom events in your JavaScript apps to save your own time? Come on! ;-)
