Look out, Canada! My brother's new fiancé is on your side of the fence, and he's coming through!
So I am going to try to cross the border tomorrow about mid day here. I will be going to the Peace Arch crossing, just South of Vancouver.
He's done everything he could think of, satisfied all of their paperwork requirements. I think he's finally reached his limit.
Heh. [Insert old addage about unstoppable forces and immovable objects, here.]
