It's not the only one but it's pretty popular.
Each day is about 60 miles. Dawn til dusk in generally 80 degree weather. No, it's not flat.
But seriously, it's a pretty easy ride. Pedal for an hour, fall over exhausted, rest for 10 minutes, get up and repeat. Eventually you reach the overnight town. If you can ride for an hour straight you can do these kind of rides.
The only training you need is for your butt. You need to have some saddle time to avoid getting sore.
