I was way too tired for this ride. I've been going to sleep much too late for the past week, and I hadn't eaten very well all day long (eating enough, just not the right food).
Somehow I'd managed to keep my speed up to 20 mph until downtown mystic, but the traffic slowed me down a lot. Then I had to stop at Mystic Cycle to finally have my handlebars tightened. I was only there for five minutes or so, but I was so tired that I barely had the energy to ride home again.
Early to bed, early to rise. I feel much better this morning!
Stats: 22.01 miles (35.43 km) in 77' 15", for an average speed of 17.87 mph (28.77 km/h).
There are no trackbacks.
