This is the month of the PMC, on August 7th and 8th. I'll start the month a little slow, to conserve energy for that weekend. Then I'm planning to take a couple days off to recover.
July was the month I really found my form again, and hit 20 miles per hour (average speed) for the first time in two years. What will August hold?
