Those things that go without saying, usually don't.

In the last seven days, I've ridden four times: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. That's pretty good, but if I ride again today (which I'm planning to do in just a few minutes) then I'll have ridden 5 times in seven days. I haven't done that since 1998!

I did it! I'm totally exhausted now, almost to the point of being sick, but I managed four days in a row and five days in the last week. Woo hoo!

Maybe I wouldn't be so exhausted if it wasn't so darn hot out. It was about 90 degrees (Farenheit) when I left the house, with probably 80% humidity. I probably shouldn't complain yet... it's only going to get hotter!
