Phew, I'm beat. I've had such a slow start to this season that I've decided to start really pushing myself. So for my fifth ride of the season (I wanted to be at 15 by now) I've increased the distance to almost thirty miles.
The time was better than I thought it would be. In fact, it's the best so far this season. That doesn't mean much, except that I'm definitely climbing the performance curve that I do every year.
I'm hoping to go out at least three more times this week.
29.13 miles in exactly 101 minutes, for an average speed of 17.3 miles per hour.
