My Mom stopped by to drop off some ingredients for something Corinne is cooking. Sarah (my sister) and Alli (my niece) were in the car. Alli is eighteen months old now!

I waved goodbye to Alli just before they left, and she waved back and said bye-bye. Very cute... but then they got her to say "Uncle" and something resembling "Seth," which was even better.

Best of all, she very clearly says, "I love you."

I shouldn't play favorites, but Alli is definitely my favorite niece of all time. Smartest, too.

For anybody wondering (Tuesday) where Seth went and, perhaps, why he isn't answering his phone: he (that is, me) is going to be travelling to, in, or returning from White Plains, NY, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 9 PM.

New client wants me on site all day. That hasn't happened in years! (Same client is directly responsible for smoking-ear syndrome in Yours Truly, after talking to me on the phone for three hours straight, last Friday. My right ear is still smouldering.)
