Update 2004/12/31: Bzzt. Sorry, they'e all gone now. Almost all of them went to people in other countries. Us wealthy americans need to share with the less fortunate when we can. ;-) (that's a joke! settle down.) One guy even told me he was "absolutely desperate" for a gmail address, and had been searching in vain for months. I teased him a little about that, but I still sent him the invitation.
